| me and my friend both got this phone back in december 2007, between us both we have had 27 phones because the buttons keep cracking!you would of thought by now sony ericsson would have done some thing about it! orange have offered us a replacement phone but they are all down grades. | ||

| This is a perfect phone,the buttons crack but only if you do not take care 4 it.remember the buttons are not easily cracked.the shuffle is great for showing off wid mates | ||

| I love this phone! The only problem is that the buttons crack so easily. I know 8 people that the buttons have cracked on their w580i. But otherwise great phone! | ||

| My Buttons Cracked after just a few weeks, all other people with the same phonee have the same problem. Otherwisee its very good, although a flash would have made this phone even better. Instructions for the shake, shuffle mode are not clear...You have to hold the button down for it to shuffle. | ||
